Thank you to Mr. Johnny for his exceptional customer service! I wasn’t sure what was wrong with my air conditioning system, all I know was my house was hot. I called his company after not receiving a call back from the company that was scheduled to come. I ask did he do same day service and he says I’ll be there between 12-2 and this was me calling him at 10am that same morning. Talk about prompt attention!!! Did I add because I had a late in the day appointment he juggled his schedule to get to me closer to 12. He had other appointments but also took the time to answer some questions that my neighbor had about her unit. One last plug…he’s funny and got a great spirit and attitude! We called Johnny at Americool when our upstairs AC was blowing warm air. He came to our home that morning and determined we had a leak in our 36 year old unit. He recommended that we get a new one. After a week of trying to get the money together for a new one, we just couldn’t do it (I left work to stay home with our new infant). I called Johnny to let him know. Out of the absolute goodness of his heart, he wanted to try his best to fix the leak we had without an additional charge so we would have some cool air. He and his assistant worked on it over the course of two days. Ultimately, our unit was not fixable and Johnny was able to find a used one for us. We spent much less money and are very happy with our air conditioning. Johnny is extremely kind, professional and dedicated. Americool is highly recommended!

I had a code red situation whereas my AC stopped working on Friday at 5 PM. I called Americool and they sent a team within an hour. They quickly repaired my AC and had me cool by cocktail time! Will keep them for any future AC repair needs! Was affordable and quick.
